Help regarding new videocon d2h connection

Hi

I want to move to Videocon d2h next month.

My doubt is if am subscribe south platinum HD package cost is 570 rs.
Is they want to pay me for extra 100 rs for HD access fee?

Because in my airtel HD connection,
There is no HD access fee.

Pls clear my doubt.
