Help to Register in Dish Tv Website.

Hello everyone,
One of my friend brought a dish tv HD connection few days ago, here in Bangladesh, but the seller did not give him the login id or password, now he wants to remove some add-on from his connection, but he is unable to do it. We tried a lot but we r unsuccessful, website shows the vc. no. isn't registered. Then while we try to registered it asked for RMN or Registered mail id, which we don't have. So what can I do now.

PLZ help anyone, I have the VC. No & the ID.

Bro on Dish TV Website there is a option 'Email us'
