PROBLEM : NO SIGNAL BANNER ON MANY HD CHANNELS ON DISH TRU HD

SOLUTION : Press Menu(On remote)-> Set up-> STB info Check whether all the transponder status, Check whether all the red buttons are turning green , if yes then you are recieving signals from all transponders, if not you need a dish allignment

Next step, press red button on the same screen -> home frequency -> press ok. Check signal strength and signal quality of both NSS 6 and ASIASAT5 satellites. Toggle between the satellite status using the left and right toggle keys on the remote. If both the satellites are not showing green progress bar with low percentage on both strength and signal quality , then u are having a dish allignment issue. Please contact ur nearest dish tv care centre. Press the yellow button or the exit button on the remote to exit.

Please call a dish tv service engineer only as they can handle the equipment well. Contact your nearest dish care centre. Standard charges for dish allignment is Rs 150/- only as specified by dish tv. Keep the reciept after payment in dish tv office to show to the dish tv engineer after allignment.

Dish TV engineer can also be called using the customer care number or writing to dish tv at [email protected]. You can also use the dish tv "call me"
service.
