MUMBAI: On the occasion of John Lennon’s 74th birth anniversary, History TV18 presents a special ‘The Beatles: The Night That Changed America, A Grammy Salute’ on 9 October at 6:30 pm.
The show will also be telecast the same day on VH1 at 7 pm and on CNBC-TV18 on 11 October at 10 pm.
The special features wall-to-wall performances by Sir Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr
together, Imagine Dragons, Maroon 5, Gary Clark, Jr Dave Grohl (of Foo Fighters) and Joe
Walsh (of Eagles), Alicia Keys and John Legend, Eurythmics (Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart
reunited for one night only), Jeff Lynne (of ELO and Traveling Wilburys) and Dave Grohl, Jeff
Lynne and Joe Walsh joined by Dhani Harrison (George Harrison’s son), John Mayer and Keith Urban, Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran, Pharrell Williams and Brad Paisley and Stevie Wonder.
