DTamil has always kept a low profile and functioned as essentially a Tamil version of Investigation Discovery, with only American dubbed shows. But now this is a very innovative step from Warner Bros. Discovery, having closed its HBO/WB channels (as @Zeta Reticuli anna mentioned) in December 2020, yet still finding a way to not only show its library in Tamil but also bringing some much-needed attention to an otherwise barely watched channel.

He didn't done anything wrong. The Channel promo mentioned hollywood saravedi from 16th Sep 2024 everyday at 3pm & 8pm. Channel itself only did wrong
