AVC TEST added to Eutelsat 70b

Hey friends

A new AVC test channel is added to Eutelsat 70b. Seems its a cartoon channel.

They shows promos from mbc 3. But, still won't have any channel logo

Now they converted the channel to MPEG 2 and no video is playing..
