Horizontal transponder signal not available

Hi can you help me !

Can you tell me how to catch signal for horizontal transponder for ex - 11164H, 11672H, 11069H, 11546H,11483H,

I am not able to watch Hindi serial channel like star plus, colors tv, zee tv and Hindi movie channel also!
Plz help me as soon as possible!

Plz help what to do we are not able to watch hindi star plus, colour tv , zee tv and hindi movie channel! ...I think they are all present in H transponder...
Our stb is not catching H transponder signal !
Its showing only v transponder single!
Plz tell what should I do?
