Seeking Help Hotstar error!!

I have subscribed for binge plus pack but Disney plus hotstar premium subscription is not activated from there site!!
And customer care executive is helpless as they are saying reset your STB!!
 
Delete the cache of hotstar and retry it and try. To access the hotstar from the binge tab
