how to add A La carte Channels through sundirect website?

Few days ago, I recharged with 999/- plan and got a 25rs cash back which is show in my account balance. Whenever I try to add a channel via a-la-carte I always get insufficient balance message. How to recharge with this cashback?
Update: Solution that I figured out myself :sp
Actually I wanted subscribe to English Movies mega addon (40 INR). As the sundirect web page has no option for adding a little amount of 15rs to make it 40, I recharged it via mobikwik (had to recharge for 20rs due to tax). Then I used the buy option from the sundirect page.
