how to change package?

iI have a MULTIROOM CONNECTION, now i want to change my package from PLATINUM HD to NEW DIAMOND PACK what should i do now?? and i have 632rs in my account how much will be the remaining balance once the package is changed for both connection

i guess multi room connection will change the same money, only change in main package rate..

Yep! You'll be charged Rs.320 for New Diamond and Rs.160' for multiroom connection.

In fact not, your balance remains unchanged, but since you're downgrading your package, you'll be charged less compared to Platinum HD.
