how to connect set top box to laptop with usb tv tuner card

Thank you Vicky bro, I tried this before but its not working... When I installed driver, it shows "driver installed successfully" but when I open the application, its showing error. I'm wondering as the driver is installed successfully, if I connect to tata sky set top box will I be able to watch TV in any other software application like windows media player, vlc or power DVD?
