How to deactivate Addon by using internet of videocon d2h??

Hello every body,
i activated addon tencricket by using internet site of Videocon d2h. Its duration is one month.
but there is no option on site to remove addon. only option is add addon.
can anybody help me out here how to deactivate Addon on Videocon D2H by using their internet website account i mean internet self portal???:

remove add-on from self portal, this option not in d2h

u need to call customer care or send mail to [email protected]

And close the browser

And then open videocon d2h website again immediately after closing it

Now click
On Base pack plus ala carte

There should be long page in which all channels and addon are shown

Select your desired channel

Now go to the Bottom

CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

There's a option to
REMOVE CHANNELS

Now click it and enjoy

bro, I not find Remove Add-on option in 'Base Pack + a-la-carte' option?

May be Ten Cricket can deactivate via a-la-carte

but How can I deactivate other add-ons, i.e KIDS ZONE add-on

easy way to deactivate add-on is Email to customercare@d2h

Write to them or call the Customer Care. Also, putting it on Facebook would be a good option!

if u add any entertainment Chanel like ADD ON Chanel.
so it's easy to remove

just email to [email protected]

just type email like below.

i want to remove ADD ON ----------- PACK

your customer ID---------------------

send it..........done
