How to downgrage my pack in Dishtv?

I can't find the option to downgrade my pack in Dishtv Myaccount section as it only has upgrade my pack option.
Can it would be done only by contacting customer care?
Can we Do it online like we upgrade?

yesterday me also searching on my account. but there is no option like that. I want to go back (downgrade my pack in Dish tv) on my previous pack.
if any expert have idea please share.
