How to get the Airtel dth Customer id and the RTN

plz help me vickram to get the RTN.

Check Your Mail ! RTN Send on Your Email address and Confirm It is Correct ?

Number was OK and got it registered, but after lo-gin to the account again its asking another registration form after filling the form and press submit button then it says "unable process request". I tried several times but no luck.


Why it is?
