How to Make this Remote Universal ?

How to make this Remote Universal ? My old Videocon Remote have 2 Power button so i can make 1 button universal through which i can on/off tv.
but in this new remote dont have that button. So how to make it universal remote to on/off TV also.

even it dont have backlight when pressing any button. :-/

universal remotes r available in the market
please buy one universal remote from the market n in my area it cost starts from 550 odd rs.
