How to seprate multi connection

i have airtel multi connection now i want to use only one

as my xxxxxxxx-001 STB and card is damaged. So i want to use xxxxxxxxx-002 as single connection.

how to convert to single connection. please suggest.
 
Experts plz give some solution.. Me also want to separate my 2 connections..

*call customer care and request "customer requested suspension" mode(it's not safe custody and cant reactivate) for ur id-xxxxxxxx-001.

*If they not responded, pls raise SR(service request) for CPE recovery of ID-xxxxxxxx-001. Distributor will collect ur 1st stb and return it to company. when company warehouse received ur stb, ur 1st connection will be get deactivated.
