If it is so, then it is not user friendly. It is basic need for selecting channels.

Yes this type is not user friendly, but you can jump to channel 900 using favorite button in remote.

The software is overall not what customers want. They do how they like to. So our requests doesn't matter to them, the fav. audio bug unfix, moving Transfer UI to EVO 12 etc proves them.

This is like a mobile without touch pad or physical buttons to dial a number to contact.

Indeed. But we have no service providers who can provide us better content with the functionalities fulfilled.. So have to stay with TS...
