Seeking Help How to use Account Balance for activating base pack

Guys,
I am in long term validity pack Tamil Economy which is going to expire on March 4th 2019. I want to select Tamil DPO2 monthly base pack. I have a balance of more than 500 in sundirect account. How to use that amount for activating the base pack? Can i do it myself in the sundirect website or i need to call the customer care? One more question, when i recharged those amounts already GST is deducted and remaining amount only added to account. If i select tamil DPO 2 pack will i be charged 230 or 199 only (excluding gst)?
