Seeking Help I can't unsubscribe channels on Videocon dth

I am using from Sri Lanka. Recently i sent an email to videocon customercare, they said overseas users can subscribe on paytm. How to do unsubscribe channels?
Plz help me anyone............

I'm too from srilanka contact them via [email protected] they will do the needful. From paytm you can't subscribe / subscribe channels I guess.
