I took a new Airtel Connection yesterday.
Package: Airtel Freedom HD Pack (with one regional pack)
Price: 6months pack with installation @ 2950
Plan Details:

But the list isn't entirely correct as:

1. SD content was available instead of HD as mentioned for these channels:
   Sony HD , Sony SAB HD, Sony Max HD
2. These are the missing channels:
   Star Sports 3, Sony BBC Earth, Cartoon Network, Hungama, Marvel HQ

As I already had Airtel Connection, so got Rs.300 discount as I didn't take Dish and 10 meter wire. They provided me with the LNB though.
So, in total I paid Rs.2650 for new connection with 6months subscription.
