Matter in court is regarding regulation of TV channels prices, NCF changes of NTO 2.0 (like 200 channels in initial slab and reduction in multi TV NCF) are already implemented then why would they do that. Wait for TRAI's NTO 3.0 🤣
NCF will come down in NTO 2.0 itself. Operator would have to be aggressive to stop customers from moving to OTT. Broadcasters are more than happy to put content 7 days prior than on tv.

Broadband penetration also increased due to online classes or work from home etc. So, people were watched FTA channels without NCF and subscibe to OTTs rather pay channels.

SUN direct and Dish tv can absorb NCF to promote their channels, but Airtel and TATA Sky won't due to brand image and ARPU.

So, TRAI might release NTO 3.0 with MRP as.6/- for channels, which are in packs, then broadcasters will put all of their channels are as a la carte.:ROFLMAO:

Yes, but DishTV in full loss 24*7 loss business running so Subash Chandra not interested with Jawahar Goel to do new plans in business.
If they cant promote Zee packs by Dish or D2H with reduced NCF, then who will take Dish or D2H?
