Discussion If its all about competition why doesn't Digital Cable providers offer online channel selection like DTH does ?

I just had a conversation with GTPL KCBPL on Facebook & they said adding or removing channels online in not yet possible because my LCO is not "Paytm enabled" & that once my LCO becomes Paytm enabled I will be able to add/remove channels online as well as make payments online.

This is a lost cause.

You can complain to TRAI about this. Twitter might be the easiest option. Make sure to attach proper screenshots and other evidence from your conversation.
