As we all know, that whenever a customer goes for a new connection of any DTH, he/she is required to fill up a customer detail form, which consists his/her name, mobile/landline number, address, email id etc.

These details are important for the dth company as they require it for customer identification and also to curb any illegal use of their dth signal..

Dish TV has introduced a new verification scheme for new customer details. Dish TV customer care always calls the number mentioned in the application form filled by the customer for verification of name, phone number and address.

According to the new scheme.

"Dish TV will try to connect the new subscriber for verification through phone by calling him/her in 8 days and 34 attempts, to verify the details, in case the connection with the new subscriber is not established in the subsequent attempts"

Dish TV will make sure that maximum number of chances are given to the subscriber for verification of his identity details...

The scheme has already being put into practice in 3 states :

Rajasthan, Haryana and Tamil Nadu (on trial basis)

and 99% success has been observed ....
