Why Channel+- and Volume- button not on stb. , customer can't use stb without remote for a single minute

It is due to compact size, they don't add button. But other FTA STB come with buttons on STB. So a minus point from Tata Sky.

I didn't even know that Tata Sky set top box had buttons in it because I am using the technicolor box since last 1 year and it has no buttons I am talking about HD Box

Recent boxes do not contain however the old Grey color TS SD set top box 10 years ago contained buttons on STB. Same with TS HD box initially which was developed by other brand.
