It will take some more time. They will first sign updated RIO agreement with all broadcasters , realign channel numbers to comply with LCN placement rules as stated in slabs which they have selected in respective RIO agreements of different broadcasters and finally launch new /pending channels on the platform. Quite possible that 4 digit LCN format would also be enabled alongside this. Already work seems to be on for optimising bandwidth on current transponders and acquiring / activating new transponders
