As Per Trai New Guidelines, We migrate all OLD and New Customer in New TRAI pack, majority showing channel like, star, Sony, colours, zee and sports, kids are there, only English and less showing channels are not in this pack, and migration will be strart from today, also customer received message for this.

TRAI asks DTH firm Independent TV to justify tariff plans against new framework | Business News

"...You are hereby directed to provide all the information in the prescribed format as sought by TRAI... Further, you are also required to provide detailed justification that the present tariff plans, being offered by Independent TV are in line with the new regulatory framework clearly indicating the bifurcation of the Network Capacity Fee and other charges," TRAI said in its letter dated February 27.

DTH operator Independent TV (formerly Big TV) has assured broadcast regulator TRAI that it has taken a series of steps to ensure that its current tariff plans are in conformity to the sector's new regulatory framework.

TRAI in turn, in a communication to the company dated March 26, has instructed Independent TV "to ensure that the new regulations are followed in letter and spirit with no violations...ensure that all new connections booked are provided in a time bound manner...and ensure that all outlets of Independent TV Ltd do not provide any package which is in violation of new regulations."
