All the TS users who have not migrated yet to new TRAI Tariff/Packs will be automatically migrated to new recommended packs/ best suited packs from 11th Feb.

Today 10th Feb is last day to choose new channels/packs

TRAI has has not specified what lock in period will be, its upto DPO to decide.

Colors shows Rs 1 packs per day for 31 days its Rs 31.

So TS has Lockin of 1 day even before TRAI Tariff was implemented

No bro, CC is not authorized now to add/drop any pack or channel for some time. May be in future they will.

For now u can do it urself via Manage packs or Whatsapp
