It's not at all linked with STB refresh. The pack itself is not migrated by Tata Sky and my STB is always ON 24/7.
FYI Star Sports 2 was included with most of the earlier base packs including Dhamaka Pack. So that's why I am getting it. Free preview has been stopped

they migrated mine to new pack yesterday only selected few channels in some genre now coming .
