Its launch pushed to early 2020 .. so may be by February-March next year it'll Launch as Insat 4a still have enough fuel to run 1 more year

Breaking News :

Now as on today ISRO reschedule Gsat 30 Launch. As Insat 4B is just an temporarily Sat to accommodate Insat 4a C Band Channels . This Insat 4B also be dead within end of 2020 . So ISRO won't taking risk with Broadcasters having many Channels . They've now reschedule Gsat 30 Launch from March 31st 2020 to December 30 2019 .
