I don't know abt it bro.he took wire from inside before only it was there when I was in den.he took that wire and connected to Tata sky.

Bro everywhere cheating nowdays.i didn't find any Tata sky manual & power adaptor in the box.

10 mtr wire free with new installation i guess, and if technician didn't given you then he have to give you that amount. So it was your loss bro! :(

No manual now from TS, however power adapter should be given. Call him back or CC and ask for power adapter, since it is quite important thing to save your STB from power damages.
