Which Area? Our LCO sells SD STB at Rs 500 (no free month). So if we consider HD pack at Rs 300 then HD STB seems to cost Rs 700. Sounds affordable.

In Chennai our LCO says All SD at Rs 250 (current price, for 2 connections its Rs 500) and HD at Rs 300 (6 mth old price).
