Just a friend confirmed that Jaya HD was tested at midnight on IS20 for sometime,
At that time SR was also changed for Jaya network frequency,
Old 4130 V 10370
New 4130 V 12800

Now everything reverted back & Jaya HD also removed,
May be start again tonight.
