Introducing a new Power On channel dedicated to our new subscribers - Tata Sky Welcome.
In our constant endeavour to handhold new subscribers differently, this new default start up channel will help us educate new subscribers about the platform- their account details, packaging and various other services offered by Tata Sky.
Key features of the channel will be as follows:
- The channel will be the new default start up channelfor all new acquisitions made on the platform w.e.f. 10-March (11:00 hrs).
- Tata Sky Welcome will remain the default start up channel for these subscribers till 90th day from their activation
- 91st day from activation, the default start up channel of these subscribers will move to
o Channel 100 for SD box subscribers
o Channel 100 Gold for HD /UHD 4K/ Transfer box subscribers
