It depends on the Broadcaster for example here Sony six is the official broadcaster of this series in India, Now if DD accept's Sony Six's terms and Conditions then only they will provide live feed of matches to DD may be the negotiation was failed between them or Sony Six doesn't wants to share live Feed of this series with DD
