Is it possible to recharge d2h with Credit/Debit Card Issued outside India now?

I am from Sri Lanka. And I planned to buy Videocon d2h. I need to know is it possible to recharge through outside India credit card?

There is option to recharge. But it wont work all the time. I am from Bangladesh, i cant recharge through my card for the last two months. But it worked seamlessly from dec 13 to mar 14.
