My Bangladeshi Bank (IFIC) VISA Debit card is just denied. recharge unsuccessful. Cause is
'Error Description : DENIED BY RISK'

I think it is not worth for paying through debit/credit cards outside India. Beacause Bank will not forget to take the service charge from our account.It is easy for paying dealers than trying this ....
