It will be unfair as why only few bear cost where as others not. If there is any relocation then all DTH have to bear it. That's only possible if isro select any new location
 
This type of plan is not good because their will be same number of channels on each dth & their will be no competition of getting higher channels.
This will only benefit isro as they are getting 8 cr per tp per year & if 6 dth use same tp on same satellite then isro will get 8x6 = 48 cr per tp.
This will be good for isro but not for customers as their will be lack of competition in dth companies in adding new channels.

This is what we are seeing now a days.Sun direct didnt got measat tps yet ,i think same will happen for airtel also.They force them to use indian tps
