Isro proposal to govt or trai
Govt of broadcasting deptment HV rights to give or dined permission of Dth access the satellite.
Isro HV no rights to denied permission.


Dth point of u :

1.Dth invest in satellite and dish
2.Dth will contract deal agreement with satellite company
3. Isro proposal affect leading Dth service provider and favour sundirect and reliance Dth..


My Question:

Which Dth trasmit the channel signal to satellite?


My suggestion

1. Govt should transmit channel signal to satellite.all Dth customer receive from that satellite. Govt should get money from Dth for maintenance and satellite.
2. Govt should give maintenance and technical work to private for contract basis.govt should monitor the work.
