I don't think MIB approval needed for upgradation from SD to HD. New license is needed only for launch of separate channel

For changing the name also approval required..

First JAYA TV HD come proper. Then we talk about other JAYA HD channels. JAYA HD itself still no proper launch. Its launch like government channel. One private channel launch means they plan well before launch. Even they publish DTH platform availability. But this JAYA HD just like that launched. Surely its take more time settle. And its not have 5.1 audio too. And program also now now only they taken in HD . so JAYA TV HD take more time. Surely its waste like government tv
