He is saying simple thing that it's useless to launch a channel when it can't reach max people as both still not available on any dth,

Dth space issue is the biggest issue currently for all dth,
No dth want to stay behind but they are also helpless becoz of unwanted rules & regulations,

There are other many things like carriage fees, etc.

That's correct Deepu, That is why WION was deployed on 75 Cable Networks and almost every popular DTH network in India.
