HD channels and SD channels from same broadcaster cannot be combined in a single bouquet as per TRAI rule

It's already available before imposing TRAI rule, i don't know why they not give this channel now. But Jaya network is utmost waste even they don't know whether their channel available or not in one of the most leading DTH
