Ala-Carte price is 22.42 & bouquet price is 12.39

It should be reduced al-la-carte & bouquet price is 6 + GST on new Rio on 22.2.19. but only few Dth have reduced prices.

Broadcaster is allowing DPOs to provide the downscaled HD feed at the same price that's why many digital cables & airtel is providing it & I think it's not available only in Tata sky for subscription. Am I right?
