Thanks for the guidance @Vicky & @karan_hdl bros, finally i could able to install it. But it is asking me for Jio Fibre login ID.
Can't i login through my Jio number?

I think in order to use Jio TV+ android app via other Smart TV / STB one need an active Jio Fibre / AirFibre connection.. I use Jio Airfibre 899 100 mbps plan in which Star & Sun Network channels not playing via Tata Play Binge STB while rest of the ott/live tv contents playing via binge box. But I am able to play Star & Sun Network Channels through Jio Airfiber STB..
