Never give hindi news pack offer also.

first of all, ts dont have hindi entertainment pack,then how they can give?
Secondly, its upto ts,whether to give any particular addon pack or not.
All Hindi movies channelsare present in all base packs, except two south base packs.so its not a question.

Where did ts kept hindi music pack? In regional packs? Or add on packs?

I think I confused you. I did not mean "regional packs" but I meant hindi as a regional language rather than a term "Regional pack". As a south indian getting offers for hindi or any language from north india is useless and I never saw TS giving such offers for certain region alone.

Hindi speaking and then understanding is covered not just in 1,or 2, regions

It cover almost more than 50% of population and states.

So u can't say hindi is regional entertainment.
