plz give me difference b/w ka and ku band lnb

The letter K in ku/ka refers to Kurz (german word for short)

Ku is Kurz under and Ka is Kurz above. It just refers the frequency in which it is operated. Ka is mostly used in Satellite communications and uplinking because of its strong reception even during rains.
