Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Odia, Marathi, in all regions dubbing is allowed.

It is unofficial understanding between media and film fraternity not to allow dub content.
Reason is , one dubbed show affects the employment of many in television industry. Since dubbing is cheap and moderate success of dubbed shows will be a profitable venture for a media house.
Competition commission of India ordered to allow dub content on films and TV..but still media houses are sceptical in their move towards dubbing.

No . Star Suvarna Telecasted Satyameva Jayate got good TRP
Also they uploaded full episodes in YouTube
These episodes got good views

Satyamev Jayate was planned to dub and broadcast in Suvarna..but pro Kannada groups had a protest against channel.
NGC ( it's more of voice overs ) , animations , advertising related content are allowed.
