I saw some commenting what ashoka is not related to Karnataka. They are wrong Maurya empire played vital role in today's established Jainism in Karnataka. Also if you study Vijaya nagar empire history you'll see mention of Maurya empire. Still ashoka is admired by wodeyar dynasty

Somewhere ashoka is related to all over india because he ruled most of india....but what i meant to say he is not that much popular like karnataka general kings....so because of that show like ashoka will not work in karnataka as he was mostly more popular in north

Just mention of maurya empire is not enough for show to become trp gainer

Just like in our maharashtra chatrapati shivaji maharaj is highly popular so serial on shivaji maharaj really performed very well on star pravah but similarly if they dub ashoka serial it will not work

In that context i said kannadigas are not connected to ashoka

In Mysore ashoka is famous. Probably due to Mysore relationship with kings tradition. And also 9th standard has ashoka lesson. Our teacher had told then to watch ashoka film that came in Pogo at that time.

Is he famous like karnataka general famous king in karnataka?? Ans is no

Mysore is not only place in karnataka.....karnataka is much much more than mysore

And still i dont think ashoka is famous like karnataka kings in mysore also

And btw in study we also have chapters on kings from various parts of india....some of them are also popular in certain parts of maharashtra but that doesnt mean serial based on them will work in maharashtra

Ashoka serial has very north indian essence thats where difficulty arises to gain trps

3 dubbed serial airing about Lord krishna in different channel. 1).Radha krishna -budget :150cr ,still airing serial in original, storylineup,graphic,dubbing quality,everything are very good in the serial. 2).devaki nandana (colors)- it is 2008 year serial, no.of episodes :285 ,nice serial ,still waiting about dubbing quality, 3).paramavathari sri krishna-it is 2017 year serial,no.of episodes :673 .I watched some episodes graphic,story are not satisfied . .compare to these 3 seria,l Radha krishna will be top of the table -my opinion
