No. Some serials will have high trp. But their viewers are not productive in buying. Advertising agency looks for middle class people neither for poor nor rich.
My statistics is not exactly same as the real one but I researched a lot I counted ads in it duration of ads. And tag price of ads and roughly presented to you. If it's official one we will put source courtesy.

It is not necessary that top prgrammes will top in viewers engagement (avg time spent by viewer) ....tvr is product of reach% and avg time spent by viewers .....some serials tops tvr list with high reach nd low time spent by viewer.....and some low rated serials also have high time spent by viewer but they dont have high reach thats y they lacks in tvr
