Yes actors all changed .
According some source ck planned end the serialand bringing a new serial at that time.but due fall of ratings of agnisakhi and laxmibarama ,so they did this.

Yes, it's a spinoff.

Mangala character was introduced towards the end of the PM, apparently she is Mahesha's Neice. It's a spinoff there's no old cast or characters and their stories.

Puttagowri serial is Hindi Colors Balika Vadhu remake serial first maybe 100+ episode's later completely director changed according to him now 2300+ episodes completed (puttagowri version 2000+ and mangalagowri version 300+ ).
