I think webseries won't get that ratings.It is best suited for ott.Star has good shows ,they already released promo of Hostages.But weekends rk is doing good so they dropped may be.

Kannada Channels should telecast Some short films (selective only) rather than web series. Upcoming technicians/director this gives encouragement and money support . Telecasting Sunday or Saturday afternoon or prime time is good move.

I think Suvarna telecasted few episodes of Hostages, after getting some threats for dubbing contents only they stopped airing Mahabaratha Promos, Drishti Promos and Hostages at 10.30 pm!

Suvarna already decided to air web series during lockdown itself

But telecasting Web Series wont help GEC channels I guess.. Zee TV did it during lockdown by telecasting ALT Balaji 's popular ones with popular television stars, but nothing worked out!

Yup! They may do for only weekends. But they would have kept other serial than Geetha (which is dragging like MGM )
